Biography
Divine Uzama, better known as Zerrydl (or Zerry DL), is a Nigerian singer and rapper born in Benin City on December 3, 2002. Shallipopi's younger brother, he made his debut on the latter's label, Plutomania Records, and made his mark in 2023 with the track "Puff & Pass", which gained notoriety on social networks and was remixed with his elder brother. Other tracks soon followed, such as "Popo" and "Pressure", which appeared on the Danger Zee EP released the same year, followed in 2024 by "O.U.A.T", which also opened the Wara Wara Szn EP, featuring collaborations with Seyi Vibez on "Cash" and Tega Boi DC and Dwillsharmony on "Nawa". The following single, "Back to Back", saw Zerrydl break into the American Afrobeats charts, reaching number 44.
