Zana is a Serbian rock and pop group from Belgrade that formed in 1979. The ensemble was founded by the guitarist Radovan JoviÄeviÄ, the keyboardist Zoran ŽivanoviÄ, and the vocalist Zana Nimani. They achieved early success with the reggae-influenced hit âLetoâ (1981) following their debut single âNastavniceâ (1980). Their debut studio album, LoÅ¡e vesti uz rege za pivsku flaÅ¡u (1981), was followed by the recordings Dodirni mi kolena (1982) and Natrag na voz (1983). After the departure of Nimani in 1984, the group utilized the vocalists NataÅ¡a GajoviÄ and NataÅ¡a ŽivkoviÄ. Their discography includes the studio albums Zana (1985), Vojna poÅ¡ta (1988), and Rukuju se, rukuju (1989). Since 1990, the ensemble has featured the vocalist Jelena GaloniÄ, releasing the recordings Nisam, nisam (1991), 21 (2001), and Kao nekad (2006). In 2022, the group released the box set Dijamantski box set 1980â2022.
