Biography

Yeti Girls was a German pop-punk band from Monheim am Rhein, formed in 1990 by Christian Rulfs on guitar and Carsten Linder on vocals. The group's initial lineup included Frank Kroliczak on bass and Wendelin Auer on drums. Their first single was produced with Lukas Hegemann at his studio in Düsseldorf and released by Wolverine Records. In 1995, Harry Navratilova took over vocal duties. The band gained attention for their eccentric stage presence and unique blend of pop-punk rock. Their debut album Squeeeze was released in 1995, followed by Kitty Train in 1997. Notable songs included "Sexyminisuperflowerpopopcolafan" and "Love letter girl". Their final album, Five, was released in 2001 before they disbanded shortly thereafter.
