Biography

Ángel David López Álvarez, born 6 April 1976 in San Blas, Madrid, is a Spanish DJ and producer who emerged in the mid‑1990s as a radio presenter and club DJ. His first commercial breakthrough came with the 2003 single "Tribute To Acid House" and the 2004 EP Factorizando, which established him within the emerging tech‑house scene. López Álvarez followed with the album Follow Me! (2013). Throughout the 2010s he collaborated with artists including Kreesha Turner on "Keep Running The Melody" (2012) and Jamie Scott on "You Can´t Stop The Beat" (2012), while touring internationally and performing at venues such as Pachá Ibiza, Ministry of Sound London, and Space Ibiza. López Álvarez’s remix of David Guetta’s "Just a Little More Love" earned him the Ibiza DJ Award in 2004, and his track "Patricia Never Leaves the House" received the Best House Album award in 2001. In 2009 he entered the DJmag Top 100, ranking 62, the highest placement for a Spanish DJ at that time.
