Sante "Santos" Pucello, born on November 28, 1971, in Frosinone, Italy, is a DJ and musician who began his musical journey in 1992. He started making music with a friend and released his first record two years later. In 1995, Mantra Vibes released his track "The Piano", marking an early step in his career. Santos's breakthrough came in 2001 when his single "Camels" peaked at number 9 on the UK Singles Chart, garnering significant support from prominent DJs such as Pete Tong, Annie Nightingale, Judge Jules, and Basement Jaxx. This success led to the release of his debut album R U Shakadelic?, which helped establish him in the electronic music scene. Throughout the 2000s, Santos continued to produce notable works. In 2006, he released the album Home Sweet Home, followed by Salva Vida in 2008. These albums showcased his evolving style and solidified his presence in the house music genre. Additionally, he released several EPs, including An Introduction (2010) and Macro Habitat (2013), which further expanded his discography. His singles "Stop! What?/i've Made Progress" (2006), "Rom Controll / Metal Boogaloo" (2010), "Yato Ma" (2010), "Time Of Our Lives" (2010), and "Burner King" (2011) were well-received, contributing to his growing reputation in the electronic music community.
