Biography
Tränen are a duo from Germany. The duo consists of singer Gwen Dolyn and Steffen Israel, who has already celebrated some success as guitarist in the German rock band Kraftklub. Tränen make pop music with German lyrics. In its simplicity, it is reminiscent of music from the Neue Deutsche Welle era, only in a modern guise. After the first singles in 2023, Tränen's debut album Haare eines Hundes was released in November of the same year. The album climbs to number 20 in Germany.
