Biography

Traams, an English indie rock band, was formed in 2011 in Chichester, West Sussex. The trio's roots originated when Stuart Hopkins, Leigh Padley, and Adam Stock met at a club night in Bognor Regis and bonded over their mutual tastes in music. Their earliest demo work, recorded with producer Rory Atwell, blended Krautrock and punk rock influences. In 2013, Traams released their EP Ladders and their first full-length studio album, Grin. The band continued to collaborate with Atwell on the EP Cissa (2014) and with Johnson in the album Modern Dancing (2015). They released an album in 2022 titled Personal Best.
