Biography
Tommy Tallarico, born February 18, 1968, in Springfield, Massachusetts, is an American video game music composer, sound designer, and television producer. In 1991, Tallarico moved to Southern California and began working at Virgin Interactive as a play-tester. His first musical project was for the Game Boy version of Prince of Persia. He later composed music for several notable games, including the Sega CD version of The Terminator and Earthworm Jim, collaborating with Shiny Entertainment. In 1994, Tallarico founded Tommy Tallarico Studios, which produced audio for numerous video games. He co-hosted the television series Electric Playground from 1997 to 2006 and co-founded Video Games Live in 2002, a concert series featuring orchestral performances of video game music. Notable albums include Earthworm Jim Anthology (2006).
