Biography

ThouShaltNot was an American electronic band formed in Cleveland, Ohio, before relocating to Pittsburgh in 2001. The group consisted of Alex Reed, Aaron Fuleki, and Jeremy Long. ThouShaltNot began as a solo project by Reed but evolved into a full band after Fuleki joined in 1999. Their debut album, ThouShaltNot, was released in 2000 under ADSR Musicwerks. The band's second album, The Holiness of Now, featured the minor hit "Without Faith" and was reissued by Dancing Ferret Discs in 2003. ThouShaltNot gained significant traction with their 2003 release The White Beyond. They toured extensively across the U.S., sharing stages with notable acts such as VNV Nation and David J of Bauhaus. The band disbanded in 2013, following the release of their final album, Land Dispute, in 2006.
