The Hunches were a garage rock band from Portland, Oregon. Formed in 2000, they released their debut album Yes. No. Shut It. on November 5, 2002, via In the Red Records. The album marked their breakthrough and established them as a notable act within the garage rock scene. Following this release, The Hunches continued to build their discography with Hobo Sunrise in 2004 and Exit Dreams in 2009, both also on In the Red Records. Their final studio album was released posthumously under the title The Hunches. The band disbanded in 2009.
