Biography

ThÃ©o Ceccaldi, born May 5, 1986, in Pithiviers, is a French violinist. He received classical training and won a First Prize for violin, composition, and chamber music in 2004. In 2010, he formed the ThÃ©o Ceccaldi Trio with his brother Valentin Ceccaldi on cello and Guillaume Aknine on guitar. He is also a founding member of Tricollectif and has played with the Orchestre national de Jazz under the direction of Olivier BenoÃ®t. His discography includes albums like La Scala (2014), Petite Moutarde (2015), Montevago (2019) with Roberto Negro, and Django (2019) with the ThÃ©o Ceccaldi Trio.
