Biography
A major American rock songwriter and producer, Joseph Henry "T-Bone" Burnett made his name alongside Bob Dylan, whom he accompanied on the famous 1975 Rolling Thunder Revue, and with the Alpha Band, which he led from 1977 to 1979. He then went solo, releasing such critically acclaimed albums as Truth Decay (1980) and Proof Through the Night (1983). Moving into production, he assisted Elvis Costello on King of America (1985), as well as Los Lobos, Marshall Crenshaw, Roy Orbison, Peter Case, Gillian Welch, Diana Krall and Elton John(The Union with Leon Russell and The Diving Road in 2013). In 2002, he won four Grammy Awards for his supervisory role on the film O Brother, Where ArtThou? Recognized by his peers, T-Bone Burnett also coordinated the soundtracks for Until the End of the World, The Big Lebowski, Walk the Line and Inside Llewyn Davis.
