Taha Malik, born on March 31, 1987, in the United States of America, is a Pakistani-American record producer, musician, rapper, and film score composer. During high school, Malik began exploring music production using a desktop computer at home and began DJing in high school. His first notable work included producing content for television, radio, and digital campaigns with Ogilvy and Mather. In 2019, he created songs for the films Laal Kabootar and Baaji, with his vocals in Laal Kabootar receiving critical acclaim. The film was selected as Pakistan's official submission for the 92nd Academy Awards and notably won best feature at the Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival.
