Biography
Sven Weisemann is a German DJ, producer, and musician known for his work within the German deep house scene and is recognized for his cross-genre productions that combine elements of electronica, classical music, and dubstep. He is a self-taught pianist and guitarist and began DJing in 1997. He later worked at the Potsdam record store M-Beat Records. His debut album Xine was released in 2009, the same year he placed in Groove magazineâs top 10 newcomers poll. He followed this with Inner Motions in 2013, alongside various EPs including Gravity Treatment EP 1/2 (2012). Weisemann has also released music using different pseudonyms including Desolate, Jouem, and Phidias.
