Biography

Suzie Higgie is an Australian singer-songwriter who began her musical journey with the folk-pop group Get Set Go in the early 1980s. In 1985, she formed the indie guitar pop band Falling Joys, serving as lead singer and guitarist. The band released their debut single, "Burnt So Low," in 1987. Falling Joys went on to release three studio albums: Wish List (1990), Psychohum (1992), and Aerial (1993) before disbanding in 1995. Higgie launched her solo career with Soon Will Be Tomorrow (1998), a collaboration with Conway Savage, and followed it with Songs Of Habit in 2001. When Falling Joys reunited, she participated in its tours in 2011, 2016, and 2017.
