Biography
Nick Sowersby, known professionally as Sunbeam Sound Machine, is an Australian multi-instrumentalist musician. He first gained attention with the release of his EPs One and Sunbeam Sound Machine in 2013. In December of that year, a video for "Cosmic Love Affair" was released, marking an early milestone in his career. His debut studio album, Wonderer, was released in November 2014 and received widespread acclaim, leading to nationwide touring in Australia and a subsequent tour of the US with Sowersby's five-piece live outfit. In February 2019, Sunbeam Sound Machine released "Talking Distance", the lead single from his second studio album Goodness Gracious, which debuted at number 97 on the ARIA Charts. His third album, Possum, was released in October 2022.
