Biography

Stars Over Foy (born Jessy Winters) is a Dutch ambient music producer and radio host of Australian descent from Roosendaal en Nispen. Stars Over Foy began his career in 2015, creating relaxation and meditation music for the Planet Ambi HD Radio audio series World of Ambient. He released his debut album, Planet Ambi Presents World of Ambient (Music For Relaxation), in December 2015. In April 2016, the recordings âUntil We Meet Again In Heavenâ and âDonât Run To The Riverâ entered the World Chill Lounge Charts. Stars Over Foy subsequently released the albums The Dreamship (Music For Deep Sleep) and Mirror of Emotions. In late 2017, his recording âPacificâ reached number 2 on the World Chill Charts. He later founded the record label Ambient Files and is a member of the chill-out music group Vechigen. Stars Over Foy also hosted the World of Ambient radio show and podcast.
