Biography
Soopa Villainz, an American hip hop supergroup based in Detroit, Michigan, was formed in 2002, consisting of Joseph Bruce (Mr. Diamond), Joseph Utsler (Mr. Club) and Esham (Mr. Spade). The group initially gained attention with their debut appearances on Esham's Acid Rain and Insane Clown Posse's The Wraith: Shangri-La. In 2005, Soopa Villainz released their debut album Furious, which peaked at number 9 on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart and number 42 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Following a disagreement with Psychopathic Records, Esham and Lavel (Mr. Heart) left the label in October 2005, effectively disbanding Soopa Villainz. The group reunited in 2019 for their return performance at the 20th annual "Soopa" Gathering of the Juggalos in Springville, Indiana.
