Song Min-jun is a Korean trot singer born on March 14, 1996, in Paju. He gained fame in 2019 after winning the Golden Microphone trot audition, a joint project by nine regional private broadcasters, making him an emerging star. In December of the same year, he debuted with the single "Woman In My Memories," and he continued his activities with emotionally expressive vocals, releasing singles like "Texas Rumba" (2020) and "Nose Breath" (2020). In 2022, he appeared on Mr. Trot 2 on TV Chosun, making a strong impression on the public. He made a comeback in 2023 with the digital single "Life Is," which tells his life story, featuring gentle trot ballad feelings. The song "Painted Diary" from his EP Prologue, released on July 7, 2025, debuted at number 12 on Melonâs Top 500 chart on the day of its release.
