Sianspheric, a Canadian space rock band from Hamilton, Ontario, formed in 1994. The original lineup included Sean Ramsay on vocals and guitar, Steve Peruzzi on bass and vocals, Paul Sinclair on guitar, and Matthew Durrant on drums. They signed with Sonic Unyon and released their debut album Somnium in 1995. Throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, Sianspheric frequently toured, notably with Canadian shoegazers Southpacific in 2000. They collaborated on a split EP titled Magnetic Morning/Aspirin Age with Toshack Highway. The band disbanded in 2000 but reformed in Toronto in 2005, releasing the single "I Wouldn't Expect You To Understand" and the DVD+CD release RGB. In 2016, they released their fourth full-length album, Writing the Future in Letters of Fire, through Sonic Unyon.
