Biography
Saa'Turn, whose real name is Mathias, is a singer from Martinique born on July 24, 1995. He made a name for himself in 2012 with the track "Céliba ka ba",which opened the doors to the dancehall scene. After that, he followed up with music videos such as"Chin Chin","Tsunami"and"Professionnel", all of which met with great success, particularly in West Indian nightclubs. Saa'Turn has been dubbed "dancehall's next generation" because of his potential in the genre. His songs deal with everyday issues such as alcoholism, friendship and love, while keeping audiences dancing and recognizing themselves in his lyrics. This maturity in his themes, despite his young age, earned him the title of "Revelation of the Year 2015". He has several clips that have topped the million-view mark, and released his debut album Ambition"under the production of Krys - Step Out Production. In 2018, Saa'Turn released the album Own Boss. He has also collaborated with other artists and appeared on compilations such as Step Out Family in 2014.
