Yoon Hoyoung, also known as ROYDO, is a South Korean R&B singer-songwriter born on February 28, 1991, in Seosan. He made his debut in December 2013 with the digital single "Shining Star." He gained recognition through collaborations with various artists such as Scotch VIP, KittiB, 27RING, and Deepflow, and showcased a diverse and trendy R&B sound in his first mini-album, Roydo Music, released in 2015. Following this, he released his first full album ROYDO in 2018, featuring tracks that express themes of obsession for a crush, like "About You (Feat. KittiB)," a melancholic yet powerful breakup song "Rewind," and the sweet feelings of falling in love in "FACE (Feat. pH-1)." He continued his activities by releasing the mini-album UNIVERSE in May 2019. His single "FAVORITE SONG," released on December 15, 2025, entered Melon's Top 500 chart at rank 298 eleven days after its release.
