Rosanna Rocci, born on October 28, 1968, in Solothurn, Switzerland, is a Swiss singer known for her contributions to dance and electronic music. She grew up in Italy after moving there with her family at the age of four. Rosanna Rocci began playing the organetto at an early age, which was uncommon for women in Italy. Her breakthrough came when she performed for composer Hanne Haller and lyricist Bernd Meinunger in Germany, leading to her relocation to Kempten. Initially, she released Schlager music in English and Italian. In the early 1990s, Rosanna Rocci toured with Tony Christie and Umberto Tozzi, gaining international recognition.
