Biography
Roger-Pierre Shah, born on 29 November 1972 in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, is a German trance DJ and producer. His career began in 1996, and his first single, "Claps" (1999), achieved early chart success in European dance charts. He released The Album in 2000. He also founded Magic Island Records, which later became a sublabel of Armada Music, and launched the Magic Island radio show on Digitally Imported. Notable collaborations include "Going Wrong" with Armin van Buuren (2008), which peaked at number 5 on Dutch charts, and "Unbreakable" with Aly & Fila and Susana (2016), chosen as Tune of the Year on A State ofâ¯Trance.
