Biography

Rock 'n' Roll Soldiers was an American punk rock band from Eugene, Oregon. Formed in 1997 by Marty Larson-Xu, Kevin Sciou, Evan Seroffsky, and Oliver Brown, the group took their name from a Radio Birdman song. The band's first releases were two vinyl EPs, The High School Sessions and Weak Blame the Strong, produced under Gearhead Records. In 2005, they signed with East West Records, re-releasing their EPs as a full-length album titled The Two EPs. The album included the single "Anthem", which protested East West's request to change the band's name. By 2006, Rock 'n' Roll Soldiers had released their second studio album, So Many Musicians to Kill. Their final release was a European edition of their previous work in 2008. The band disbanded later that year.
