Roberto Casalino, born on June 9, 1979, in Avellino, Italy, is an Italian singer-songwriter. He moved to Rome at a young age and later to Geilenkirchen, Germany, before returning to Italy in 1993. Casalino began playing the guitar at seven years old and started singing professionally in 1989. His early career involved performing in local clubs with various bands. Casalino's breakthrough came when he accompanied Tiziano Ferro on his Rosso relativo Tour in 2002 as a backing singer. He released his debut solo album, Lâatmosfera nascosta, in 2009 under Lead Records-NiSa/EMI. In 2014, he signed with Universal Music Italia and released E questo è quanto. Notable collaborations include co-writing songs for artists such as Giusy Ferreri, Emma Marrone, and Marco Mengoni. His album Il fabbricante di ricordi was released in 2019, followed by a live version in 2020.
