Rhythms del Mundo is a charity project and a fusion experiment between Cuban music, represented by Ibrahim Ferrer (in 2006) and Omara Portuondo of Buena Vista Social Club, and the pop/rock universe of U2, Sting, Coldplay, Franz Ferdinand and others. The album Rhythms del Mundo: Cuba was followed by Rhythms del Mundo: Classics in 2009.
