Reido, a Belarusian English-language metal band that performs experimental doom metal, was founded in 2002 in Minsk by guitarists Alexander Kachar and Anton Matveev. Kachar handled vocals while Matveev incorporated synthesizers and keyboards. Their first demo in 2005 led to a deal with Solitude Productions. The debut album F:\all was released in 2006, followed by the download single "Detect Memory" later that year. After a hiatus, Reido returned with -11 in 2011 via Slow Burn Records, showcasing a post-metal influence. Their third studio album, AnÄtman, was released in 2019 through Aesthetic Death Records, featuring drummer Dmitry Kochkin and combining elements from previous albums.
