Rónán à Snodaigh, born on January 1, 1970 in Dublin, Ireland, is an Irish singer and songwriter. He received his first bodhrán at age 12 and began writing poetry, which he self-published during his school years.
à Snodaigh is best known for being the founding member and lead vocalist of the musical group KÃla. He released his first solo album Tip Toe in 2001. His collaborations include touring with Dead Can Dance and Lisa Gerard. à Snodaigh has also composed music for nature documentaries such as Wild Journeys. During the pandemic, he teamed up with Myles O Reilly to record "Tá'n tádh Liom" (Luck is With Me), which led to the critically acclaimed album Tá Go Maith, released in 2021.
