Biography

José Ramón Julio Márquez Martínez, known as Ramoncín, was born on November 25, 1955, in Madrid, Spain. He is a singer, actor, writer, and presenter. Ramoncín began his music career in 1976 when he joined the group W.C.?, gaining attention with songs like "El Rey del Pollo Frito" and "Marica de terciopelo". In 1978, he released his first album, Ramoncin y W.C.?, followed by Barriobajero and Arañando la ciudad, which included hits like "Hormigón, mujeres y alcohol" and "Reina de la noche". Ramoncín's subsequent albums showcased his evolving rock sound. In 1990, he released the live album, Al Limite, vivo y salvaje, and transitioned to television presenting. He returned to music in 1998 with Miedo A Soñar and continued releasing albums.
