Biography

Rakurai Kinoshita, known professionally as RAKURA, was born on January 26, 2003, in Japan and is a singer-songwriter. In 2019, she won the special jury award at Kyushu Teen's Audition 2019 held by B Zone Group, marking her initial breakthrough. RAKURA made her major debut in 2020 with the digital single "Unforgiven" under Asistobe label. Her first mini album In me was released in April 2021. In 2022, she collaborated on the single "Rainy Shooting Star/Find the Truth" which served as an opening theme to the anime television series Case Closed: Zero's Tea Time. RAKURA has also released collaboration singles with hip-hop singers Sanari and Tok10 in 2023.
