Biography
Rafael Blas MartÃnez Carpena, known as Rafa Blas, was born on Novemberâ¯8,â¯1986, in Isso (HellÃn), Albacete, Spain. He began his musical journey at a young age, starting with guitar lessons and forming local bands such as Matavys and Nocturnia. His breakthrough came when he won the Spanish version of The Voice (La Voz) in 2012, which led to the release of his first studio album Mi Voz in 2013 through Universal Music. He followed this with his second solo album Sin Mirar Atrás in 2015. In April 2023, he was confirmed as the new lead vocalist of Mägo de Oz, contributing to the album Alicia en el Metalverso.
