In 2014, he released Rich and Famous (Famous) and Rich and Famous (Rich), his full-length debut, to great critical acclaim. Featuring guest appearances by Iyanya, Seyi Shay, and Wizkid, the double LP climbed to the top of the Nigerian streaming charts aided by the singles âOshé,â âFor You,â and âSisi.â He followed up with the 2015 singles âHeartbeatâ and âAmazing Grace,â and then delivered an EP entitled â2 Minutesâ in 2018. Preceded by the singles âMe and Youâ and âHustle,â King, Adejoâs sophomore effort, came out in 2019 via X3M Music and recruited some of the biggest West African pop luminaries, such as Burnaboy, Stonebwoy, and Timaya.
