Biography

Pequeña Orquesta Reincidentes was an Argentine band formed in 1989, originating from Buenos Aires. The group initially consisted of Santiago Pedroncini, Juan Pablo Fernández, and Fernando Marcer, with Guillermo Pesoa joining later. Their debut live performance occurred in July 1991 at a bar concert on Pasaje Bollini. In 1994, they released their first recording, the cassette Tarde, featuring powerful interpretations including "Noche de espinas". The band's style blended folk, rock, and world music, with notable albums such as Nuestros años felices (1996) and ¿Qué sois ahora? (1998). They gained recognition for their unique sound and poetic lyrics, touring extensively and collaborating with artists like John Cale. In 2007, they released "Naranjo en flor" with Cale and their final album, Capricho. The band announced their separation in May 2008.
