Biography
Stefan Chen Yi Fan, known professionally as ÃZI, was born on 27 March 1997 in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Taipei, Taiwan and the United States. He began piano lessons at four, learned guitar at ten, and started rapping during high school before a brief stint at Berklee College of Music. ÃZI debuted in 2018 with the album ÃZI: The Album, a blend of contemporary R&B, soul, and urban hipâhop, earning six nominations at the 30th Golden Melody Awards and winning Best New Artist for the same year. Subsequent releases include the singles "If Only" (2019), "SLIDE" (2021), "0.03" (2021), "SEX TAPE" ft. è½æ¥é£è» (2024), "EEEASY" (2024), "BLEU" (2024), and "BAD SIGN" (2025). SWIRL was released on 14 March 2025, marking a continued presence in contemporary R&B and soul music.
