Nyoman Paul Fernando Aro, born on June 23, 2001, in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a singer known for his pop music. Born to an Indonesian mother and Swedish father of Finnish descent, Nyoman Paul spent much of his childhood in Bali before moving to Sweden to pursue a career in football. His early interests included both singing and football, participating in local competitions during his school years. Nyoman Paul's musical breakthrough came when he participated in the twelfth season of Indonesian Idol in 2022-2023, reaching the top four finalists. His audition performance of "Redemption Song" by Bob Marley & The Wailers and his original song "Wajah Mimpi" garnered significant attention. Following his stint on Indonesian Idol, Nyoman Paul signed with Star Media Nusantara, managed by MNC Group. His debut album, LUAP, is scheduled for release in May 2025 under Universal Music Indonesia. Prior to this, he released several singles including "Tunggu Apa Lagi" (September 2024), "Bernafaslah Sejenak" (December 2023), "Mundur Perlahan" (May 2024), and "Alunan Mimpi" (January 2025).
