Noam Bettan (born March 5, 1998, in Raâanana, Israel) is an Israeli pop singer-songwriter from a French-Jewish family. After completing his military service, he began building his music career and reached a wider Israeli audience in 2018 when he finished third on the television singing competition Aviv or Eyal. He released early singles including âAhavot LeYom Echadâ, âBaâir Sheliâ and âK.Oâ before issuing the 2022 songs âHayomâ and âBubaâ, the latter becoming one of his best-known tracks. In 2023, Noam Bettan released his debut album Meâal HaMayim, a pop and singer-songwriter set that included âBubaâ and helped define his melodic, emotional style. He followed with singles such as âSakin BaLevâ and âLahzor HaBaitaâ, then released âPokeach Einayimâ in 2024. In 2025, Noam Bettan returned with âMadameâ and âSheva Dakot Be-Gan Edenâ. His national profile rose again in January 2026 when he won the twelfth season of HaKokhav HaBa, earning the right to represent Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. His Eurovision entry, âMichelleâ, was released in 2026 with lyrics in Hebrew, French and English. Performing âMichelleâ in the Grand Final, Noam Bettan finished second with 343 points. The track later peaked at number 4 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
