No Reply is a South Korean indie band composed of Kwon Soon-gwan (vocal, keyboard) and Jung Wook-jae (guitar). Childhood friends and long-time musical companions, they formed No Reply in 2006 after participating in the Yu Jae-ha Music Contest. Their performance of "Looking Back" won them the Silver Award, marking their debut into the music world. Their journey continued as they collaborated on albums with artists like Kim Hyun-chul and Younha. In 2007, their single "Confession Day" saw immense popularity, leading to a contract with Happy Robot Records. Their official debut EP, also titled Confession Day was released in 2008. No Reply gained significant attention with their refined sound and emotive lyrics in their first album Road (2009). Their second album, Dream (2010), received critical acclaim for its quality and appeal, ranking third in Naver Music's Albums of the Year and winning Album of the Year at the Mint Paper Awards. Following the success of their first two albums, their first solo concert "Beginning of a Dream" in 2011 sold out all 2,000 seats over two days. They embarked on a nationwide tour, offering acoustic performances. In 2017, after over six years, they released their third album Beautiful further continuing their musical journey.
