Nancy Kwai Cheuk-yiu (æ¸åè), born 15 February 2000 in Hong Kong, is a singer and actress whose early interest in singing emerged during childhood and who later studied cultural studies at Lingnan University, working as a model while gaining online visibility through a 2020 Daikin advertisement. Kwai entered the entertainment industry with appearances in music videos for "Ended Before We Even Started" and "Monologue" in 2020, followed by a television debut in ViuTVâs anthology You Only Live Once in 2021, and a film role in Time Still Turns the Pages the same year. She signed with Warner Music Hong Kong in late 2022 and released her debut single "Teaser" on 31 January 2023, which was highlighted as a â903 Special Recommendationâ by Commercial Radio Hong Kong; this was followed by "Count to Three" on 27 April 2023 and "You Took My Breath Away" on 29 June 2023. Her first EP, premiere, was released on 1 February 2024, followed by the EP Blossoming in 2025, both under Warner Music Hong Kong. Kwaiâs work earned her the Best Female Debut Singer award at the Chill Club Chart Award Presentation 23/24 in 2024, and her singles such as "Look Into My Eyes" (22 September 2023) and "Out of the blue" (9 May 2024) charted within local pop rankings, solidifying her position in the Cantopop and pop music scenes.
