Biography
Myteen, a South Korean boy band formed by The Music Works in 2016, debuted on 26â¯Julyâ¯2017 with the extended play Myteenâ¯Go! featuring the title track "Amazing". The group consisted of Chunjin, Eunâsu, Kimâ¯Kookâheon, Shinâ¯Junâseop, Songâ¯Yuvin, and Hanseul, with Leeâ¯Taeâvin departing on 30â¯Decemberâ¯2018 to pursue acting. Their first EP, Myteenâ¯Go!, introduced a youthful concept that aligned with the bandâs name, a portmanteau of âMYâ and âTEENAGER.â In 2018, the group released the second EP F;UZZLE on 10â¯July, led by the single "Sheâ¯Bad", and debuted in Japan with the single album Sheâ¯Bad (Japanese ver.) on 24â¯October. Throughout their activity, Myteen participated in the survival program MIXNINE in 2017, where Chunjin, Kimâ¯Kookâheon, and Shinâ¯Junâseop advanced to the Topâ¯170, and later appeared on Produceâ¯Xâ¯101 in 2019, with Kimâ¯Kookâheon and Songâ¯Yuvin competing for the final lineup. The group disbanded on 21â¯Augustâ¯2019 after two years of activity, as announced by The Music Works.
