Biography

Mono Puff is an American alternative rock group from New York City, formed in 1995 as a side project of John Flansburgh. The group also includes Hal Cragin and Steve Calhoon. Its albums include Unsupervised (1996) and It's Fun to Steal (1998). After a period of inactivity, the group resumed activity in 2020. Flansburgh is also a co-founder of the band They Might Be Giants, formed in 1982. With John Linnell, he won a Grammy Award for the song “Boss of Me” (2002).
