Biography

Mini Mansions, an American indie pop and rock band from Los Angeles, was formed in 2009 by Michael Shuman, Zach Dawes, and Tyler Parkford. The trio began their musical journey with the release of their self-titled EP Mini Mansions in 2009. Their debut album, also titled Mini Mansions, was released in 2010 under Rekords Rekords. In 2015, they released their second studio album, The Great Pretenders, produced by T-Bone Burnett on Electromagnetic Recordings. Notable collaborations include Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys on "Vertigo" and Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys on "Any Emotions". Mini Mansions supported Muse during their 2019 tour, performing at major venues such as the Stade de France and the Orange Vélodrome. Their third album, Guy Walks Into a Bar..., was released in 2019 and received positive critical reviews.
