Biography
Moonbeam is a Russian electronic music project founded in 2003 by brothers Vitaly and Pavel Khvaleev. The duo began creating tracks under the pseudonym Black & Cap before adopting the name Moonbeam. They released a debut single with the Portuguese label Feed Me Records in 2004. Moonbeam signed with major labels like High Contrast Recordings and Black Hole Recordings, and released notable albums such as Around the World (2010) and The Secret (2011). They produced the film The Random (2013). In 2016, the brothers announced the closure of the project. After a three-year hiatus, Vitaly Khvaleev relaunched Moonbeam in 2019.
