Biography

A singer with a background in Argentine rock and Spanish punk, Argentinian Daniel Melingo returned to his musical roots - tango - in the late 1990s. With his deep, husky voice, he sings it with sincerity, and delivers compositions that remain faithful to tradition, on his albums Santa Milonga (2004) and Maldito Tango (2007). Corazon & Huesco continues his trashy tango in 2011. Melingo tells the stories of the princes-voyous of Buenos-Aires on Linyera in 2014.
