Biography
Zach Sherwin, known professionally as MC Mr. Napkins, was born on July 1, 1980, in East Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and southwest Missouri, is a comedian, rapper, writer, and actor. He began his career as a rapper with The Late Night Players, performing under the stage name MC Mr. Napkins from 2007 until 2013. His first album, The Album, was released in 2010 under Comedy Central Records. He is also known for his comedic rap style and has appeared in multiple episodes of the Epic Rap Battles of History YouTube series, portraying characters such as Albert Einstein and Wayne Gretzky. He co-wrote songs for the CW series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, including "JAP Battle" and "I Give Good Parent". Sherwin's work on Epic Rap Battles of History won a Streamy Award for Best Writing in 2014, with additional nominations in subsequent years.
