Nora Lum, known professionally as Awkwafina, was born on June 2, 1988, in Queens, New York City. She is an American rapper, actress, and comedian. Lum began rapping at the age of 11 and gained initial popularity with her song "My Vag" in 2012, which received viral attention on YouTube. Her debut album Yellow Ranger was released on February 11, 2014, featuring tracks like "Yellow Ranger," "Queef," and "NYC Bitche$." In June 2018, she released the EP In Fina We Trust.
