M4IA is the stage name of Guilherme Maia, a Brazilian DJ and producer from Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, born in 1994. His recorded output began in 2021 with electronic releases including âTold You,â a collaboration with GRCIA, followed by âSunâ and another GRCIA collaboration, âLegacy.â After a quieter run, he returned in 2025 with bass-heavy electronic singles such as âI Like That,â with Ragnarok and PURGE, âMadudeâ and âNebula,â both with Ragnarok, as well as solo tracks including âWellcome Back,â âCall my Name,â and âScream Loud.â In 2026, M4IA moved into a more football-driven Brazilian phonk/dance sound with âEverybody move out,â âRainbow,â âGot U,â âBrasil,â âPenta Campeão,â âBrazil Legend,â and âBrasil com S.â Built around chants for Brazilâs national team and made with AI-assisted production, âBrasil com Sâ became his breakout track during the 2026 World Cup cycle and led to a deal with Spinninâ Records. He followed it with the 17-track album World Cup 2026, featuring short dance tracks themed around national teams including Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Mexico, England, Spain, Colombia, Norway, Turkey, Uruguay, and others.
