Ludafrick, real name Ollanghas Christ, is an artist, composer and beatmaker from Congo-Brazzaville. Born in Brazzaville, he began his musical career in 2004, first exploring rap before turning to coupé-décalé and Afro music. In 2006, he joined the group MP before going solo, setting up his own Gravity Entertainment label in 2011. There, he signed the group Sixième Bataillon and produced their first hit, "T'es qui toi", a track that heralded the arrival of trap music in the Congo. In 2014, Ludafrick left Sixième Bataillon and returned solo with two standout hits: "La barile" and "Baiser D Judas". In 2015, he was chosen to compose the music for the 11ᵠJeux Africains in Brazzaville, a first for a local composer. He then enjoyed international success with collaborations, including a duet with Mbilia Bel in 2017, and hits such as "Forgive Me". In 2019, he moved to Abidjan, enriching his music and collaborating with Ivorian artists. In 2020, he signed with producer Jean-Pierre Seck and produced several hit tracks, including "Play Plait" and "Dakar Drill". He is currently working on his first solo album.
