Like-an-Angel is a dynamic Japanese rock band formed in 2025, known for its unique blend of musical talents and diverse backgrounds. The group consists of five members: tetsuya (bass), jekyll (vocals), reno (guitar), saki (guitar), and hibiki (drums). Jekyll, a non-Japanese vocalist, impresses with his flawless command of Japanese lyrics and an expansive vocal range that sets him apart. Reno, a former guitarist from the band ViViD, is widely regarded as a rising star with exceptional melodic sensibilities. Saki, a talented female guitarist previously associated with Mary’s Blood and NEMOPHILIA, has also made a name for herself as a solo artist. Hibiki, the band's drummer, is known for his precise techniques and theoretical knowledge, honed through his work with Matenrou Opera and his drum clinics. Leading the group, tetsuya brings his stellar musicianship and keen musical sense, creating a unique and captivating sound that stands apart from his work with L'Arc-en-Ciel. Together, the members of Like-an-Angel blend their distinct styles to forge a fresh musical identity. In 2025, the band released their first original track, "Angel beside yoU" on June 4th, followed by an electrifying performance at the LaLaLa Festival in Jakarta on August 22nd. They released their 2nd single, "Crash to Rise", on December 17, 2025.
