LeteÄi Odred, a Croatian pop rock band from Osijek, was formed in 1991. Their music career began in 1992 when they were discovered by Husein HasanefendiÄ. Their first album, MeÄu Zvijezdama, released in 1992, featured notable songs like "Neka Neveni ne venu" and "Kao stari moj". In 1993, LeteÄi Odred performed at the first Croatian Eurovision with "Cijeli je svijet zaljubljen". Their second album, Kada Odletim, was released in 1994. The band's third album, Od Prevlake do Dunava (1996), sold over 20,000 copies and included hits like "Od Prevlake do Dunava" and "Teta". Their fourth album, Kuda Ide Ovaj Vlak, released in 1997, featured the hit song "Sanjao sam moju Ružicu", which topped national charts for over three months. In 1999, they released their fifth album, Vrijeme. The band continued to release albums including Razglednice (2004) and Jutro Poslije Brijanja (2007).
